    9/28-10/4 MLB Discussion

The head-to-head showdown for the AL Central title between the Twins and Tigers begin tonight at Comerica Park. This is essentially a playoff baseball series taking place before the playoffs. Should be fun to watch.

Only because I want to see the Homer Dome in the playoffs for one last time.

Just a few minutes until kickoff, the North is up for grabs.

Haha. Yeah it's too bad tonight's game has been postponed.

Wow...if the Phils go down tonight we are only 4 back. It would be crazy if they kept losing and we kept winning.

The Dodgers drop 4 of 7 to the Pirates and Nationals.

Didn't the Phils kinda back their way into the playoffs last year? If so, maybe this is a good omen for the Dodgers.

They won 13 out of their last 16. However, they did lose 8 out of 14 right before that, which is probably what you're thinking of.

Dodgers went 7-7 in their last 14 games last year including a 15-8 loss to the Pirates. So nothing new for the Dodgers here. I expected the division to go down to the last series of the season, and it will happen assuming we lost to the mads.
