Re: Well, I made my decision

If they would just making pitching even remotely realistic I would have no bought MVP, ASB, and High Heat along with WSB2k3 this year. I can't believe the crap that Sega gets by with in their pitching model.

    Worst. Pitching Model. Ever.

good job for one reason. you made an informed choice to satisfy your needs. too many follow their name brand without regard to gameplay. they put up with bad AI because the graphics are cool (worst reason ever given for playing a game) or they can unlock stuff. (who cares if the game plays like jr. high school rather than pro ball)

high heat 2001 actually opened my eyes to other companies products rather than simply being an EA guy. i like games across the name brand board now.

what all these arguments between the sega boys and the ea boys are truly about is plain and simple:

the sega boys are former ea boys and they want to enlighten their (as they see them) blinded former brothers regardless of how iritating they can get.

            AND

the ea boys are unwilling to cut the apron strings and try a game that is a different label.
mottos: WE FEAR CHANGE. & POWER IN (SALES) NUMBERS.

Great call Rajda. Eventually these guys will grow up and figure it out. Then they'll wonder why they wasted so much time stressed out because someone else prefers a different video game.
