Fine conclusion to make after the ridiculously small sample sizes of both Pujols and Howard. Not to mention, postseason performance is completely irrelevant to the MVP award.

How about over the course of the 162 game season?

        OBP:

        Pujols: .443
        Howard: .360

        OPS:

        Pujols: 1.101
        Howard: .931

        VORP:

        Pujols: 98.3
        Howard: 47.7

He also lags Chase Utley in two of the above three categories. Howard is not even the most valuable player on his team.

All that for NOTHING. Where was all that in the playoffs? You don't be the man in 162 games and can't lead your team in the second season. Maybe he should have saved all that for the playoffs. LMAO GO PHILLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh boy, you're going to fit in just fine.

Congrats to the Phillies though. Hopefully the Yanks can join you with a win tomorrow.

Wow, I never thought it would end this way for the Dodgers again. The Phillies have just absolutely amazed me every game in the postseason. They're playing with so much confidence. The AL should be scared of them, not the other way around.

I agree. I saw it going 6 or 7 games for either team. I didn't expect the Phillies to make such quick work of that Dodgers team.

So if the Yankees are winning in 2 weeks, you will be rooting for them then?

                          Okay bud.

Now go and get swept by New York or Anaheim

I think the best thing out of all of this is no more Chip Caray until next postseason. Still have Buck and McCarver though, but we should see a large decrease in the amount of times a ball is fisted.
