A few of them are almost square in the middle of the zone.
Here's Tim Tschida's strikezone plot from the Mariners/A's game last night. Keep in mind that this guy is supposed to be a "professional" umpire.
See all those little green ones inside the little black box? Those were called balls.

Brewers aren't even on TV tonight. They play, but if you live outside of Milwaukee you're stuck watching the Bucks, who I love, but not as much as the Brewers.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Hernandez was untouchable at times, but every so often he'd lose the strike zone and issue a walk. The three hits allowed were all singles (one a Baltimore Chop), and not one ball was hit in the air as Hernandez recorded 15 groundouts to zero flyouts. His last two walks came with two out in the seventh inning, which drove him from the game. Those runners then scored due to bad relief pitching. Chalk up the wildness to it being his first start of the season.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Adam Jones is a beast. Shields had him down 0-2, and Jones drew a full count, fought off some pitches for foul balls, and sent one opposite field for a 1-0 lead; his 2nd hit of the game, only 2 O's hits thus far, and Shields had struck out 4 through 3.
He's a triple and a single away now for the cycle.....Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment
