See all those little green ones inside the little black box? Those were called balls.

I was looking at the graph just for Felix and I think has to do with the way Tschida sets up...he missed a lot of calls down and in to RH. My guess is he sets up over the catcher's right shoulder.

A few of them are almost square in the middle of the zone.

I hate that there are no games on during the afternoon today. We get all those games yesterday, and then it's like MLB says "SCREW YOU!" and takes it all away.

Brewers aren't even on TV tonight. They play, but if you live outside of Milwaukee you're stuck watching the Bucks, who I love, but not as much as the Brewers.

Having a day off after opening day is the biggest tease move ever. I gotta wait until tomorrow to watch Clayton Kershaw.

That's insanity. I saw the box score and just thought Felix simply couldn't hit the zone with the 6 BBs...nevermind that thought then.

The three hits allowed were all singles (one a Baltimore Chop), and not one ball was hit in the air as Hernandez recorded 15 groundouts to zero flyouts. His last two walks came with two out in the seventh inning, which drove him from the game. Those runners then scored due to bad relief pitching. Chalk up the wildness to it being his first start of the season.
                  Wonder why?

Adam Jones is a beast. Shields had him down 0-2, and Jones drew a full count, fought off some pitches for foul balls, and sent one opposite field for a 1-0 lead; his 2nd hit of the game, only 2 O's hits thus far, and Shields had struck out 4 through 3.

He's a triple and a single away now for the cycle.....

Left-handed starting pitcher? The dude hits lefties about as well as I do.

Favorite parts of Opening Day: Jason Hayward home run at first career at bat. And the Buccos win over the Dodgers 11-5!
