The Jays aren't afraid of the Big Bad Yankees

Good win by the Jays tonight. Brandon Morrow actually PITCHED as he used movement and changed speeds which kept the Rays off balance all night long. I kinda was pissed that Cito took him out when he did. He had only thrown 91 pitches and the 'pen nearly blew it

I hope this week is better than the last for the Rays - 6 losses out of 8 games is not a good way to maintain a hold on firstplace!

Still can't believe LA won on a balk last night!

It's June, the Phillies are still the best team in the NL

I agree that it's June. I'm over being in first...we lose today and we're in second again.

As for the Phils being the best, I think you're letting the last two NLCS's affect you. They might end up there in the end, but right now they have questions just like everyone else.

Yeah but the questions they have aren't as bad as others. The offense will get going and I'm sure they will add someone at the deadline

Yes it is June. The excitement is more from not having been in first this late in the year since 2005. Obviously, there is a TON of baseball left, and the Braves could be out of first after today with a loss.

Please, let this be the week the Phillies get back on track.

Wow...I just saw the walk off balk from last night's LAD/ARZ game on quick pitch. If anyone gets a chance, watch the replay and see where Bob Davidson is looking when he "calls" the balk. He wasn't EVEN LOOKING AT THE PITCHER...he was looking out to left field when Blake/Bowa started going crazy and he turns and immediately calls the balk. That was a pathetic call...

                            Troy Glaus is on FIRE.

3-run bomb in the first inning....hardcore rain, expecting a rain delay any moment.
