    That's like calling up the girl who dumped you 10 years ago and saying, "Okay, I was banging your roommate. Can we get back together?" "C'mon, I was on your all-century team!"

      lol. If a gay bishop can be accepted into the Episcopalian Church, then I see no reason why Rose can't be reinstated into baseball.

            if this is true, there will now be a push to get Shoeless Joe Jackson back in - which i think should have been done many years ago - he too deserves to be in the HOF.. how can you bat over .300 in the WS & be banned for life ?? i don't believe he was "in" on the fix in 1919, just that he went along w/ the guys because he didn't know better (he did not know how to read after all)..

              if this is true, there will now be a push to get Shoeless Joe Jackson back in - which i think should have been done many years ago - he too deserves to be in the HOF.. how can you bat over .300 in the WS & be banned for life ?? i don't believe he was "in" on the fix in 1919, just that he went along w/ the guys because he didn't know better (he did not know how to read after all)..
