    Bautista up to 40.

Pretty much the baddest *** home run of the year.

Got thrown at his head earlier in the game... hits his second bomb of the game, drops the bat and just stares down the pitcher. Beautiful.

lack of timely hitting strikes again.

Question is, who's going to give Huddy his 1-run support?

JOSE BAUTISTA THE ONE MAN WRECKING CREW!

          You gotta love it

Seriously this guy has an outside chance of breaking the Jays single season HR record of 47.

Other then that I have to wonder what the heck was up with home plate umpire Jerry Meals. Goodness gracious, some of the things he did tonight shows why I hate the entitlement that umpires sometimes have.

Pitchers should use that site and realize he hasn't gone to RF in any of those, start pitching away and see what he does with it instead of pitching inside still since apparently he can hit it.

Yep this season has the feel of a guy getting all the breaks because the league hasn't made all the adjustments. I think if he's with the Jays next year or another AL team the adjustments will be made and his HR total drop by half.

Interestingly 25 of the 40 HRs have come in Toronto. I guess there's just something about the dome?

Baseball is a funny game, could drop off or could maintain it. Just found it interesting all his HR locations in that list were LF/CF. Does he go opposite field outside of his power numbers?

lol that is one of the best feelings in the world. He is hitting the cover off the ball this year though. I wish he would have been hitting like this is pittsburgh.

He's pretty much a pull hitter from what i've seen. He'll go opposite field once in a great while. I've noticed this year that he'll go through periods where he's swinging the bat like it's wiffle ball and trying to push the ball up rather then going for just solid contact.

Why in the WORLD do you throw JOE MAUER a STRIKE on an 0-2 count when you are two outs away from a no hitter?!?

Wow...how did that ball not hit Helton. He may not be what he was, but he is such a professional hitter. After getting knocked down like that he hangs in on Venters. Impressive.
