      Only positive left?
With a win today, they are only basically 3 games out of 1st with 16 games left. Rockies take care of their business, I see them in. Big if I know, but there is still hope.

Rockies win 9-6, it got close in the end because of Adrian Gonzalez.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

They have sucked on the road, they have more road games than home left over. Just keeping it realistic really

Reminds me of Matt Holliday's late-season push in 2007. Pretty crazy that Tulowitzki is just one home run shy of what Holliday put up that season in September.

I could easily get mad at Bud Black for keeping Richard in the game despite the fact that he was serving up batting practice despite having a few pitchers in the pen that can pitch in long relief, but I don't know when the Padres have their next off day.

Again, 6 runs... sure wish they would do that at PETCO Park.

Jeter tried to bunt and the ball hit the knob of his bat, not even close to his hands. But Jeter dropped the bat and acted like he was in agony, trainer and Girardi come out, and the ump bought it and sent him to first. Maddon gets thrown out, and then Granderson comes up and hits a homerun to give the Yankees a 3-2 lead.
