I believe whoever will win this series will get into the World Series, and if they lose the WS they will at least prolong it to six or seven games.

Sadly I think the Yanks take this 3-1 (they'll be AJ Burnett if he pitches)

The Twins are not playing the best baseball in the world and they seem to always have the misfortune of facing the Yanks.

The 1 matchup I absolutely didn't want. Stupid MLB with their stupid rule! I'm guessing the Twins get knocked out in the first round again . I hate the Yankees!

I like the Yanks in 5. Both of Minnesota's wins come at home.

The good thing about facing the Yankees? At least we know that all the games will be in prime time.

Liriano vs. CC in game 1. Hopefully good Francisco shows up. The one thing that gives me hope is that we were pretty darn good at jumping on elite pitchers early in the game this year.

It's time for the Twins to stop whining about having to play the Yankees and ****ing beat them. I think we have the team to do it this year. I've said before that my expectations before the season were at least ALCS, so a loss in this series will be a failure in my eyes for the first time.

Also, hopefully we don't have to beat the umpires this year as well.

Twins in 4. I have no confidence in the Yankees pitching outside of CC right now and the Twins have homefield. It's going to be 2002 all over again!

I'm really hoping Pavano is about to piss off Yankees fans even more than he already has.

What do the pitching match ups look like after CC and Liriano? I haven't really been following either of these two teams as of late, since they've both had a playoff spot locked up for some time now.

Should the Twins be the home team? They are the division winner

Not sure what the Yankees will do with their rotation.

CC will pitch game 1, and probably game 4 on 3 days rest. Then it's Pettitte and Hughes for games 2 and 3. Hughes has been much better on the road than at home, and Pettitte has not been very good since coming back from injury. But whoever pitches game 2 is going to be setup to pitch game 5, and I doubt they want to put Hughes in that spot. Tough call.

Not sure the order but Pettitte/Burnett for the Yankees and Duensing/Pavano for the Twins

I meant I think they will lose game 5 at home, probably should have clarified.

If my Rays win against Texas, I want the Yankees in round two just to say they knocked them out.

                            If not, go Twins!

                              Twins rotation: Liriano-Pavano-Duensing-Blackburn

If 4 is an elimination game, it reduces to Liriano-Pavano-Duensing-Liriano-Pavano
