Cliff Lee to the Phillies. Philly's lineup isn't looking to good with Utley's injury. Halladay, Oswalt, and Hamels can't carry that team to the World Series. Add Lee to that trio and you have one of the best teams in the MLB.

I think alot of these guys mentioned wil have big impacts on there new clubs. For me personally being a Reds fan I feel Renteria will have a huge impact for them. They are already a great young team and he adds veteran leadership and a guy that knows what it takes to win the World Series. He adds a veteran leadership along with Rolen that will be a tremendous asset come playoff time.

            1) Lee to Philly
            2) Gonzalez to Boston
            3) Crawford to Boston
            4) Beltre to Texas
            5) Greinke to Milwaukee

Gonzalez/Crawford are pretty obvious choices, so I'm going to go with Dunn to Chicago. With Dunn as good protection for Paul Konerko in that lineup, and the move to a better home park in US Cellular Field, he'll go back over 40 homers and propel the Sox to a division championship.

AA being able to shed the Jays of the Wells contract was the best transaction of the offseason. It's not really even debatable.

FanGraphs has been on record saying it could very well be the most lopsided trade of all time.

I don't know if he will really be any better than his arch-rival Orlando Cabrera. A wash really....if you ask me.

As you said, that 'veteran leadership' (which is overrated anyway - look at the '08 Rays) is already there with Rolen. Renteria is also no longer any better offensively than Cabrera, and never was (and still isn't) better than Cabrera defenively. As far as 'veteran leadership' goes, Cabrera had plenty of that as well, being on the '04 Bosox and all. Sure, Renteria had 2 WS wins to Cabrera's 1, but comparing that with superior defense up the middle, is it really worth it?

Personally I prefer Renteria over Cabrera atleast offensively. Defensively I would say a wash really neither are as good as Janish defensively anyway. I feel Cabrera help the Reds although last year but I prefer Renteria over him. Unless of a injury he won't be playing a lot anyway. Hoping he can provide the same magic as he did last year in the World Series for the Reds this year, lol.
