Good to see Papelbon is in midseason form already. Allows a run and loads the bases then strikes out 3 in a row. 0-3 to start the year with Beckett going on Tuesday who is usually pretty bad in April. The Rangers already look like they could run away with the West. Their offense is miles better than anyone else in that division.

The tie is on him, but the Pirates lead is on Castro who never should have tried to make that throw.

Im shocked. I know its early but it seems like Tampa has no pop in thier lineup. Im shocked at how well the starters pitched this weekend.

I'm not surprised Guthrie did well because he's a good pitcher, but I was shocked Tillman did what he did. I'm not surprised Britton had a good start, but I figured he'd give up an early run or two due to nerves.

Terrible way to lose the game, Just a young fielding mistake by a 21 Year Old. But 8/13 w/ 2 Triples.. He's going to be a special player if he's not already.

Glad to see the Tigers win one game out of three against the Yankees. I was totally expecting a sweep this afternoon.

Good pitching it not what shocked me. The Rays basically had no offense for 3 games. Its too early to make defenitave statements but losing Crawford, Pens, and Longoria only playing 14 innings. They have a completely different look offensively. That is what shocked me.

O's starters gave up 1 run in 20 innings this weekend.

Oh and this first time in 14 years O's start 3-0. Can't wait to go to Opening Day at Camden Yards tomorrow!

Marlins totally sucked today, not much you can do tho when your Starter can't even make it to the 3rd.

Atleast we'll get Stanton back Tuesday against the Nationals

the Brewers were supposed to be the Reds' biggest challenge in the divison, right?

It's still obvisouly early. The Reds had the Brewers number last year and in this series. I think the Reds have won 18 of the last 21 matchups with Milwaukee. Reds looked great in this series hopefully we can build on this sweep and have a strong April.
