You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
Be it their 500th, 600th, or 763rd. The catch is, it's from the visiting team and they're your most hated rival. Everyone in the entire stadium is chanting, "Throw it back! Throw it back!"

Maybe you think they're clamoring for you to throw it back to the person who hit it, because they might want it since it's a personal achievement of theirs.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
I keep it. I've always felt that way. I don't care if it's just a random home run with no significance other than being a run on the scoreboard, I'd keep it. the other fans can throw it back when they catch one.

I would keep it. Only sell it if it was worth like a million or more.

Re: You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
It's like you just won a lottery of some sort... I'm not giving that ticket back.
I'd sell the ball to the player. I used to think that I'd be completely altruistic and just give the ball back. Now, I'd get whatever money I could out of it and put it towards my kid's college fund.Comment

Re: You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
Sell it at auction.
If the player really wants it back, they can pay the millions that it may go for. Fate doesn't give you the option to get filthy rich very often, so screw the nice guy act, which would be selling it back to the player at a reasonable price, I'm making as much as I can off of it.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
I'd give Todd McFarlane a call.
And if it were a major record breaking home run ball (like 74th for a season or 763rd for a career) there would be major security there to protect you and get you out of the stands immediately.Comment

Re: You catch someone's milestone Home Run...
If it was a milestone that isn't worth much (first home run, or 100th, or 200th) then I would give it back to the player in exchange for a signed jersey or bat, or maybe free tickets. But if its 74th in a year or 763, then I'm selling it for the millions it'll go for. As Dayman said, if its really that important to the player, he can afford however much money it'll go for.Follow me on Twitter: @ADice15Comment
