Looks like Neftali Feliz is running for mayor of Blown Save City.

EDIT: Aaaand we go to extras. Royals are well on there way to setting a record for most extra-inning games I would guess.

Why can't the Braves understand this concept of putting up runs early so they don't HAVE to make the bullpen win the game, instead of waiting to score a run?

      This is pathetic.

It's good to break out of the losing streak, but this offense has got to get going. 2 runs on 14 hits? Eek.

Hosmer is the truth though in these late game situations.

As a Braves fan, I have been very pleased with Uggla's defense so far. I thought he was more of a D fielder, but so far he's been a B/B+ guy. His stick, however, has been the D part of his game.

It'll happen sooner or later. The whole team hasn't had much luck over the last week. But I maybe that's just making up for those games against the Angels. ha

10 runs in a 4-game stretch vs. the disAstros and DBacks.

Billy Butt has had some of the worst luck I've ever seen. He is absolutely smashing the ball, but usually either right at someone or he gets robbed on an incredible defensive play.

                      Freddie Freeman...

That ball was over his freakin' head. Swept by the DBacks...baseball can be so frustrating.

I think a simple, eh, will do the trick. If he was a Padre they'd give him Hosie (barf).

If he didn't already have an existing nickname from high school or something then don't bother, it just comes off as forced and completely unnecessary (aka: every ridiculously moronic play on god/jesus). Great players don't need one.

That's what Buster Olney called him when he first came up.
