You've got a sporting chance as long as Francisco is on the mound.

EDIT: Well that was rare, a clean save by Francisco!

His mechanics are out of whack. It was shown earlier in the season, he's not getting through the ball as much as he was last year. You can tell by how his back is still somewhat at a 45 angle instead of completely flat.

And he's probably just thinking too much now.

Apparently, a walk is 5 balls to these umpires in the Mets/Rangers game. Cruz just got screwed out of a walk, and then struck out on a 4-2 count.

Verlander is simply not human. Has 14 K's and is throwing 100 mph fastballs 110+ pitches into the game. Hands down the Cy Young front-runner at this point.

Edit: Scratch that hands down part, looking at James Shields and Jered Weaver's numbers I think it is close race between those 3 guys.

I think they showed he has a 0.86 era over his last 5 starts. I really hate having to watch via online stream, he's been amazing.

Absolutely crazy. I admit though...I switched over to the US-Mexico match at 9:00.

The Jays didn't do too much but when presented with opportunities they made the best of it. Really that error in the 3rd inning should've been an out but I can live with it

What else is new the Mariners are making a terrible pitcher look like a Cy Young contender.

Jeter isn't the best SS but so reliable in the field for the most part. Nunez filling in for him and Pena make sooooo many errors.
