          Ugh.. CAMPANA

Way to throw away that fantastic outing by Dempster. At least it's still tied though.

Thank you Aramis for the bail out. That should have not gotten to that point. it was nice to see that kind of pitching performance for a change.. probably won't happen for another month though.

1st time watching a Marlins game in a week and Hanley crushes a HR to deep center, sweet.

Congrats to Eric Thames on his first career HR. I think that'll be the first of quite a few in his career. The guy's got a nice power stroke and a quick bat. Right now his power is all line drive/doubles power but the HR ball is going to come to him with time.

Nice to see Morrow have a really effective outing granted, it was against the Buccos. Hopefully tomorrow Brett Cecil will pitch well after being called back up to the big club.

Long overdue with how he has been pitching this season but better late than never.

Batista and Franklin had both been awful and are gone, Brian Tallet has been pretty terrible himself but being a lefty will probably be enough to save him.

Tigers have given up 30 runs to the Mets in just 2 games. It was so bad last night that we had to call on position player Don Kelly to pitch the final out. Verlander is going today though, but I'm not going to say anything else in fear of the classic sports jinx
