Because according to the team, and Lackey himself, the elbow injury isn't something that requires surgery. People are putting the fact that he's struggling on his elbow and his personal problems and are ignoring the fact that in about 98% of his starts he just ****ing sucks donkey balls.

Twins won both their series last week despite losing a game 15-0 and throwing away a sweep of the Brewers by losing a 7-0 lead.

Good start to the week as Brian Duensing threw a complete game shutout of the Rays 7-0. The bullpen really needed a game off like that. Finish up the 3-game series against Tampa and then it's off to Chicago for 4 against the Sox. Need to finish strong going into the break.

Basically. It's to the point that when I see his face, I want to vomit. He always had a stupid look on his face anyways, but combine that with the level of suck he operates at, and well...

But seriously, something needs to be done about the guy. His confidence and ability seem to be shot.

Albert Pujols has received medical clearance to return tonight. Whether he will start is still up in the air.

I hoped after that last start, where he finally looked rather decent, he was turning it around and then he goes and throws out a absolutely dud like yesterday's game. Probably the worst contract Theo has given out.

So much for 6-7 weeks for Pujols, he's starting tomorrow night.

I dunno, having a bad elbow that you say isn't the problem but then flat out sucking all year long with no finish on your pitches. I dunno about you but that seems to point at needing surgery.

But hey, I don't mind a BoSox player struggling

Pujols will not start tonight, but may be available to pinch hit.

                    It's a remarkable recovery.

So the Marlins acquired Mike Cameron for a PTBNL or cash considerations.

Good pickup for them, especially if he bounces back.

                        Or a terrible diagnosis.

LOL....I wouldn't put that past the Cards training staff. Although it usually works in the other way - underestimating the injury.

Back to back jacks for the Cards. And what's with all the seats available in St. Louis? Is attendance down for them?

Ian Stewart got called up. What.The.Hell.

He's not even doing well in the minors. Chris Nelson should have just stayed to played 3rd instead of Stewart and his awesome strikeout swing.
