Re: Now, who to root for

I enjoy the post season. I usually watch no matter what team is playing.

I would like a marlins - yankees world series, because its the south florida, new york rivalry. Both areas would be going nuts.

But then i would also like a cubs, bosox series.

Oh yeah and i hate the braves

Re: Now, who to root for

though I rarely watch baseball on tv during the regular season, I find myself watching every series in the post season, playoff baseball is crazy. I think it's because every little thing actually matters, unlike during a 162 game season where each single game doesn't seem like a big deal.

I'm a Tigers fan (yeah, I need therapy ), but I like the Red Sox, it'd be cool for Nomar and Epstein to win one. I'm just really tired of the Yankees winning so much (even though they didn't win last year, they've won a lot in the past 10 years). I actually like quite a few players on the Yankees, just don't like them as a team, with all the money they spend on players just seems unfair (I know it's legal and I'd do it if I were in their shoes, but it gets on my nerves)

As for the NL, I want to see the Cubbies get to the World Series at least, and if they're not playing Boston to win the series, otherwise they'd lose to the Sox. I don't hate the Marlins though, so if they win I wouldn't really mind.

ah yeah, a Sox/Cubbies Series would be the ultimate to see for me.....with the Sox eliminating the Yanks along the way, it really wouldnt get much better ......im a Mets fan, so the sooner we have a champion, the sooner free agency starts LOL

all my teams are out of it....so now i'm cheering for a team that hasn't won it in a long time and has a long time Blue Jay on the roster.
