Well the Cy Young finished off his season today in San Diego and now leads the NL in Wins, ERA and Strikeouts. Plus, leads some of those other stats that I am not smart enough to understand.

And the NL MVP, went 1-4 today, or it may have been 1-5, so he is still behind Braun and Reyes for average but tied for first in homers and leads the league in RBIs.

Has both the Cy Young and MVP winner gone to players who weren't in the playoffs?

Of course Scott Proctor would give up the big hit.

It's only fitting that Ellsbury comes through with the big hit. He's having himself a heck of a season.

I'm pretty flabbergasted at how Jacoby is just cranking homers.

Yes. Most recently, 2008 in the NL (Pujols and Lincecum).

If you mean from the same team? I don't think so.

Same could be said for your CF.

They are just both healthy and playing in their prime. And benefiting from great line ups. Granderson benefits from Tex getting pitched around. Ellsbury benefits for the fact they don't want to walk him.

                        Here we go!

We could end up with a playoff in both leagues by the end of the regular season. I'm cheering for at least one to happen.

                          Stop winning so ****ing often.

                          Thank you.

Yeah, I meant from the same team, and that team did not make the playoffs.

Oh Ozzie. Just had to make yourself a spectacle during the best time of the season, huh?

EDIT: Buck Showalter seems to be having some kind of medical issue in the dugout and has been taken back to the clubhouse. Hope everything is OK there.
