This Cards loss today hurt really bad. This game will haunted them for a while if they end up finishing 1 game behind the Braves.

Anyways Alex Anthopouos was in the booth and basically said money is no object for the Jays in the offseason this year which is great news. It's also revealed that the Jays have interest in the J-Ball pitcher (something) Darvish who impressed everyone at the last World Baseball Classic.

Anyways, nice win by the Jays as the bullpen was dominant only giving up one blooper base hit.

Let's say both the Fri and Sat games are canceled due to rain. The Braves would play a doubleheader on Sunday and play their last 3 games against the Phillies as planned. If after Wednesday's game (Game 161 for ATL), the Braves are 0.5 games ahead or behind of the Cards (or Giants, haha), they'd play in Washington on Thursday the 29th. If a playoff spot isn't riding on it (the Cards/Giants are more than 0.5 games ahead or behind), the game isn't made up and the Braves and Nats finish with only 161 games played.
