Either way it was a judgement call and a bad one to boot.

There are two within the same minute. The rest are after, but that's beside the point. You want to keep Pedro in the game to get out of his own jam. He gained a little more respect from me for staying in. Obviously it didn't work out well, but I think Little did a good job managing. I'm the minority here, I guess. Good game, and the WS can't possibly do worse than last year. Oh, yeah, rabisco and SportsmanTO, I'll keep in mind that you ain't watching the WS. Hope you don't shift it when time comes around, b/c I really hate that....but you don't care.

Just tragic. It's one thing where the players lose it on the field... Bucky Dent... Bill Buckner... both games lost by the Sox b/c of players, NOT manager. Both games, the best players available were on the field, and the game was won/lost on the field. Tonight, the game was lost in the dugout. If it were a regular season game, I see leaving Pedro in the game to work it out. But the Boston bullpen has been LIGHTS OUT the entire postseason. So what happens AFTER the game is tied and the bullpen is brought in? Yup... lights out. Grady blew the game.

I don't understand why Little didn't take Pedro out after Matsui's double. I know Pedro said he wanted to stay in, but any pitcher who is a competetor like Pedro is going to want to stay in in that situation. Little needs to do what he needs to do as a manager and not listen to Pedro in that situation. Embree and Timlin were lights out the whole series. They have the game won if they take Pedro out after Matsui's double and mabye even the Posada hit. Oh well, What a dissappointment. Mabye next year. Hopefully the sox will resign my boy Todd Walker.

I hate the yankees. Go Fish for the next week and 1/2.

How fitting is it that Clemens loses his last career game against the Red Sox with a world series berth on the line.
                            Go Sox!

Definatley up there in my Top Ten I've ever seen...but that homerun was nothing compared to what Joe Carter did to Philly in 1993.

                            Congrats to the Yankees!
