Can someone please teach Soriano the Strike Zone?
This is getting pathetic. I could get Soriano out. Just throw a breaking ball low and away, a foot off the plate and he will chase it.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnTags: None -
Re: Can someone please teach Soriano the Strike Zone?
This is not unique to Soriano. Lots of young guys have ZERO plate discipline. They all want to swing for the fences or at least hit the ball a far way. They never stop to think about looking for the right pitch.
Then again some guys can get away with that crap (Vlad)Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I've watched a lot of guys, and I don't think anyone is as bad as Soriano. And seeing that he is now the record holder for most strikeouts in the postseason, it is killing him and the Yankees. This is his 3rd year in the league, and he isn't getting much better.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment
