I wouldn't say he's done. He's certainly not the great hitting/great fielding 2B that he used to be but he showed signs of life with the ChiSox. He would fit well in most contending teams or teams coming up as a veteren 2B who can play platoon at 2B or DH. He'd be a great guy to have around a young 2Bman.
Too bad he isn't a JP Ricciardi guy, I'd love to see Alomar finish his career with the Jays while helping out Orlando Hudson at the same time.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Damn I'm still praying Vlad doesn't go to Yankee-land. As for Alomar, if he couldn't handle Queens what makes you think he could handle the crazy fans in the Bronx AND Steinbrenner breathing down his back?
If anything he'd thrive in a situation that is less of a pressure cooker.

I sure hope Vlad doesnt either. I wonder how the Spos will manage now? sigh...
anyhow Alomar would actually fit in well with the Yankees IMO, however I always hate it when big time players sign with them, Its just so unfair. I dont hate Yankee Fan, Im sure theyr all nice guys, I do however, Hate George S.Comment
