    SF Giants 2004 starting catcher....

AJ Pierzynzki...expect Nathan to be on his way out of town after the way he pitched against florida. Dustin Mohr may be involved too.

To be honest I don't see anyway that the Twins would give up Pierzynski. I see the Giants taking a step back next year. Thats a very old team that they have there, not sure how much longer they'll be able to hold the glue together.

I have also heard Pyrzynski might be traded.

I heard Pyrzynski and Mohr to SF for Nathan(who I think has a chance to be a good starter. In relief...he doesn't seem as comfortable) and possibly Boof Bosnar

I also heard Pyrzynski possibly to the Cubs for Juan Cruz

Twins want to have Mauer...the Twins think that he may be ready for a mid season callup next year.

Boy that would be a mistake. Although Cruz has electric stuff, he had an era around 7 last year, and got demoted for a good part of the year.

I forgot about Mauer, but AJ seems like he's still a good young player. Why have they given up on him? Financial reasons?
