Until A rod cuts his salary back no one is going to want him even if what they were giving up is minimul. Trading for A Rod is moreso rading for the 25 million dollar man, its like trading for Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde. I think when the Rangers signed him for that obscene amount Mr Hicks was trying to get on the front page of every paper in NA. He didnt have to go taht high. Its like it was a "look what I can do" kind of a thing and now the Rangers are stuck with the great player and the horrible salary. Who ever though signing the best player in Baseball could be such a downfall for a team?

            quite right about the money.

And yet, at the gm winter meetings or whatever they are, his agent, satan's baseball guy, Scott Boras said that if a-rod were a FA this off season, there would be teams willing to sign him at that price

F-SCOTT BORAS! <- that's going back in my sig!
