Well, yeah. It's after July 31st and he was never put on waivers, so... duh?

It doesn't really explain the hugging though, unless they wanted to troll everyone.

Howard walk off single on a badly positioned Upton in RF for the 'Backs. Much needed with all of his struggles at the plate. Starting to get some better vibes about Brown for next year. Didn't realize how patient he could be at the plate. Now he has to get some 3D skills in the OF.

Cabby with a two run home run to cap off a 3 run comeback for the Tigers in 10th. Like I said in the other thread Cabby is having an MVP type of season.

He's not the only one. Which was the point in the other thread.

That wasn't my point of contention in the other thread though, my point was that he wasn't even being mentioned by the national media outlets as a top candidate. If he isn't the top candidate at the moment, he is #2 behind Trout. One pace for 40 hrs and 140 RBI's after this game.

Like I said read my posts in the other thread again. I never claimed that he was the clearly the MVP or anything.

At the time when that thread was posted, he wasn't really in the mix, compare to say Hamilton.

We get he's your guy on your team.

That was crazy. Gotta be the game of the year for Detroit. Looked like after we blew it in the 9th, the team was deflated and mailed it in. But then suddenly a wild rally appeared! Was great to see Infante make up for the strikeout in the 9th, and then Big Mig is just...

Obviously he is, but the numbers he is putting up this year really are incredible. That is not homerism, that is simple fact. Not many guys have put up 40 home runs, 135+ RBI's and batted .320-.330 in a single season.

If you believe yourself to not be homering it for him. I don't know what to tell you.
