They are going to re-sign Pudge, if for nothing else because there is no market for him,
    where is going to go?
the Cubs don't want him, the Orioles will sign Javy Lopez, the A's and Royals will look for cheaper Catchers,
he is not going to get 5yrs $50mil. from anyone, Florida has reportedly offered him 2yrs $20mil.,
expect to see Pudge back in Florida.

No market for a top notch catcher?

I have to give it up to florida, Catillo, Lowell, and now Pudge will probably be back. Everybody thought it would be 97 all over again

Yes, he is a top notch catcher, but there is no market for him. He has never got his true value when he hits the market. He is asking too much for a injury prone, aging catcher. He is the best, no question, but 10 mill a year is steep when you don't know how many more years Pudge will be able to catch.
