Give me a WHIP of 1.00 and I'll give you Johan Santana. Since June, he has a microscopic .73 WHIP. Mark Mulder, by comparison, pitches in a better pitchers park yet sports a 1.22 WHIP.

Johan should be the AL Cy Young- if he didn't have that brief rocky start, he'd have 16 wins by now. The Twins finally have their ace; best of luck in the postseason guys!
