    I was hoping the Cardinals could sign Maddux this off-season. But the money isn't there to sign him right now. Unless the Cardinals can find someway to dump some salary or they can find a way to get him cheap. He's most likely not coming. I would like to see Maddux end up in San Diego to finish up his career. If they do get the trade for Kendall done it's a more likely possibility he could end up playing for the Padres. Hopefully the Padres can contend better in the West this year with or without Maddux.

      Nope, drop the Padres from the list since the Kendall trade is dead. I think the only way Maddux will be playing for a team now is that if he lowers his asking price.
