i found it funny that Dan Patrick read a comment from Scott Boras (A-Rod's) agent blaming ESPN for "jummping the gun" on the report.. now if there was no truth to what the report was said, why did Boras make that statement?

I wouldn't say the Sox are trying to make amends with Nomar, more like going to plan B. The fact that Sox fans know Nomar refused to sign for $15 MIL doesn't exactly make him the squeaky clean "playing for the fans" guy people think he is.
