So is there a "Bartman" curse now? Since Bartman supposedly blew the game for the Cubs. I find it a little odd after he interfered the team melted. Including Prior giving up the runs and Alex Gonzalez bobbling the ball which could have got them out of the inning.

Maybe having Bartman come back to Wrigley and sacrificing a goatee, could hex both curses?

    Hmmm, that just might work.

yeah, when you think about the goat curse its kind of dumb. In fact it cant even really be considered a curse. It makes no sense. With the bambino there is a, sort of, justice. Its a lesson to be learned for not having your priorities in the right place. but the billy goat...? Its simply dumb. Who in their right mind shows up to a ballpark 1) with a billy goat and 2) expecting to get in. It makes no sense that there would be a curse for this. If the Cubs have a curse in such an arbitrary way then it could just as easily be some disappointed nun who once said, "damb the cubs!" Bartman, on the other hand, is kind of reminiscent of greek mythology of the three eternally damned men ( eg Tantalus). The symbolism of the guy trying to catch the ball...its charlie brown like really.

That reminds me, they should be destroying the infamous "bartman ball" at Harry Caray's fairly soon if they havent already.

That's not just enough, their going to have to remove the seat he was sitting in. What if that seat stays there and they get to the post season again and some other fan does the exact same thing in the same seat! It will be complete ANARCHY!!
