What do you do when the so called worst team in baseball, the Houston Astros play your team in a four game set and the Astros proceed to dominate your team in all aspects of the game taking three games in the series (the Astros came close to winning all four games).

lol, back in the days where Stewie/Family Guy was awesome. But as of past 5 or so seasons, it's really started getting worse and worse. It has nothing to do with the fact that the shows been on too long, it's just the people writing the show make something seem good, then halfway through episodes, completely ruin it.


Part of schedule I hate...
Next 3 Jays games are all at 10pmEST cause Jays face Padres,all games are at times where less Jays fans are likely to watch. Compared to when Yankees face Padres later on in the season, the times benefit the Yankees fans(and players) since it's around same time they'd play if the game was happening in EST(meaning 4pmPST game is like 7pmEST game for Yankees).


Don't most east vs west matchups on weekends start at like 4pmEST(1pm local time) or 7pmEST(4pm local time)? Seems real strange that now suddenly, Jays play a weekend game at 10pm. Can't remember last time that happened...Not like it'd make much difference to how Jays play, but seems this type of schedule has happened for some east teams,and not others...Especially when one of those east teams the previous day, had to play in EST and suddenly jump straight into PST the following day for a game.

I dont usually like umpires and refs. But he easily could have called that game and got more sleep while screwing over the Royals. But he waited it out and let the game finish. I dont know how far of a drive it is to Chicago from STL. But i doubt he is gonna get much sleep before working a game at 1:20 CT.

Was there talk of calling the game? I ended up going to bed shortly after the delay started because I had to work in the morning but the STL media was saying that had it been called the game would have been suspended and resumed at a later time if needed. Didn't read anything about rolling the game back and giving the Cardinals the win, is that even a thing? If so that is an idiotic rule, I don't recall ever hearing that before though.

Wow I just saw that, they just implemented the rule this year? How stupid is that, glad the game got played out since the Cards didn't deserve that win after Matheny went full ****** putting Boggs in for a save opportunity.

The Cardinals wanted the game called, obviously because they would win that way, but the field was an absolute mess. I stayed up, and FS Kansas City stayed on the air from 2-3 am showing them trying to get the field ready. They brought out a tractor loaded with diamond dry, and even with that the field was horrible. They need to figure out a way to handle games like this without making teams wait around until 3 in the morning to restart the game.

So yeah the Marlins actually won a game, Jacob Turner throws 7 shut out innings with on a couple of hits I believe in his '13 debut.
