I'm getting scared of the Jays right now. They are on fire...
In other news, the Orioles lost, so they are once again 2 back of the Sox.

As a baseball fan, I'm going to watch the Dodgers return to Yankee Stadium this week. A renewal of what once was such a great rivalry. There may be a lot of Brooklyn caps in the stands.

Since Buchholz is on the DL and since 10-0 Scherzer goes Saturday and Verlander goes Sunday, it's not out of the question.

I hope Jays can continue to play like this. 3 back of Rays, 5 back of Yankees and 6 back of O's.

Once AL East teams start facing each other alot, standings will be real diff. Of 76 division games, no team has played more than 34 division games yet(45%)

Remaining AL East Games:

Jays: (44 total)
12 vs O's
10 vs Red Sox
10 vs Yankees
12 vs Rays

Yankees: (49 total)
13 vs O's
13 vs Red Sox
13 vs Rays
10 vs Jays

O's: (44 total)

Rays: (42 total)

So Yankees could be the team that either runs away with AL East, or finishes near the bottom based on how many games they have left vs East.
