kinda interesting how far back the Dodgers came from, I know the rest of the NL West tanked but it still took everything to fall the right way for the Dodgers to take first place, for now. Its going to be a real dog fight the rest of the year.

Crucial 6 games coming up for the Phillies. 3 with the Cardinals and 3 with the Tigers. Should be interesting.

kinda interesting how far back the Dodgers came from, I know the rest of the NL West tanked but it still took everything to fall the right way for the Dodgers to take first place, for now. Its going to be a real dog fight the rest of the year.

A dog fight it will be. The Rockies fell back quite a bit from losing Tulo and Fowler before the all-star break. Chacin, JDLR, and Chatwood have been lights out and if their offense would be consistent even half the time they could put something together. Probably more hopeful than realistic, but at least there is a decent chance, this late in the year.

I also assume Hanley Ramirez isn't going to hit .400 the rest of the year and Puig has already started to slow down.

EDIT: Todd Helton just hit a 2nd deck shot. Ties Joe DiMaggio on the all-time HR's list.

I'm not worried about Colorado, the only challenge in the division will be Arizona. Unless SF can some how find offense.

Colorado's pitching is terrible, and will hold them back.
