Well, that ****ing sucked.
But still, Rays have gone 7-2 on this road trip against all AL East teams and took over first place in the process. That is still the best week any other team in baseball had.Comment

I believe the Rays are the team to beat in the AL East. Will probably be a dogfight in September between them, the Red Sox, and the Orioles, but I think they'll come out on top. Would be awesome to potentially be at a division clincher at the Trop in September. Not trying to look too far ahead, but I can't help thinking about the possibility. It's a real shame they can't draw more fans down there because they are missing a great product. I'll be cheering my butt off at the 2 games I'm going to while on vacation there. I've been tempted to take a weekend to fly down before then just to catch a game or two.Comment
