He looked good tonight, except for the second inning. If he doesn't make that error, then maybe only 2, instead of 3 runs get in. Johnny Damon and Millar (Edit:Okay, other then that bloop hit he just had) have done nothing all night. Questionable decisions by Fracona. Lots of bloop hits. Wind effecting everything. This game has been pretty dissappointing, to say the least. Damn Orioles were always beating us last year too. I am looking forward to see Schilling though, unlike Pedro, he was great during Spring Training. When's the last time we won on opening day... 2000?Comment

Re: Bring on the BoSox - 4/4/04
Poor outing by the Sox. The offense looked flat at the plate and so did the defense at times. Pedro left too many pitches over the heart of the plate and was lucky to get away with allowing just the 3 runs. And what was with putting the shift on Palmeiro with runners in scoring position in the 7th when you're still in the game? He beat the shift earlier and did it again. What would have been a routine grounder to short lead to 3 runs. Looks like Schilling will have to deliver in his first start to prevent an 0-2 start.Comment
