Why are so many teams starting tomorrow??

Only 18 teams in action today and 2 that did it last week. Why are 10 teams not starting until tomorrow?? Is it a TV thing?

I think ESPN has a deal where they show games on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That could be the reason.

I can't wait to watch the games tho. My Jays start off at 1 PM! Thank goodness for MLB EXTRA INNINGS as i'll also be watching the other games

One thing I do miss tho is that Cincinnati always used to be the first team to start the season. I think it has to do with the fact that they were the first pro baseball team.
