    Re: Yanks-Rays

I would love to see all the newbies get off to a good start so when they get back to NY alot of the pressure will be off.

      Arod AND Sheffield.

      4-0 Yankees. Very good start.

            Re: Yanks-Rays

Why is it over the last few years that the 1st inning has always been the trouble for Yankees pitching? I dont undesrtand it. Clemens, Pettite, Moose, even Jimmy Key always had trouble in the first inning but would settle down. If the Yanks can ever learn to get out of the first unsctahed it would make for a muche easier time out on the mound.

Good thing indeed. Now begins the collapse of the Yankees... Go Rays!

Now if you couldn't tell just there, where Lou brought in Guadin to get Arod and Sheffield out?

The infamous Joe Torre is being out-managed by the infamous Lou Pinella.

EDIT: Something else to remember, the Yanks may have scored 4 runs, but officially the D-rays have held them to only THREE HITS for SEVEN INNINGS.

                              THE YANKEES.

                              THREE HITS.

                              SEVEN INNINGS.

Can we officially say that the new D-rays are the REAL DEAL here?
