I never looked too much into David Ross but it's awesome to see his teammates rally around him in his last year the way they have, it has to mean a lot to him.

Regarding Harper...I thought it would be more ridiculous than that. I'm disappointed LOL.

That's a really nice gesture on the Reds part and it's amazing how the Cubbies have rallied around Grampa Ross. Maybe it IS their year?!

People celebrate 3s, TDs, tackles, sacks, goals, etc. all things that happen regularly in a game nobody bats an eyelash. I never understood why people act like baseball players should be these upstanding gentleman that never show any emotion ever.

Mariners CEO Howard Lincoln looks like he's going to step down and retire. Thank goodness. Been waiting on this for a long, long time.

People have *always* criticized those who celebrate routine plays. Nobody bats an eyelash? I've heard tons of people. "Congratulations you made a tackle and now it's second and 7," etc.

And I'd also say that scoring a goal or a TD is different than a routine tackle or a single or a three to make it 42-38 in early in the 2nd quarter.

People like to make these blanket statements and opinions but circumstances and context matter more than anything else. For an RBI single by Harper to trim a deficit? Absolutely celebrate, even if it's a little jig or whatever that was, lol.

I'm sorry that his 1.4 second "celebration" that occurred during a stoppage of play ruined your night.

And Nintendo has sold the majority stake of the company to other members of the current ownership group, only retaining 10% now. This is great news.

I wouldn't want to see Harper get out of his craw now if it's that deeply inserted.

I dunno. I think that's changing. Cubs players have been doing hand signals and rubbing helmets and....gasp....smiling for over a year now on pretty insignificant base hits and nobody's irate over it. This clip here has more to do with it's Bryce Harper and he's somewhat of a lightning rod due to his stature in the game and how people [people = Phillies fans, here] perceive him as spoiled/precocious/douche-tastic/whatever.
