I don't know if this link will work but here are seats in the first row for $30:

Based on the field direction, it looks like you have it backwards and you're looking at the back row.

The front section of the upper deck is like six or seven rows, and have letters instead of numbers. Then the main bulk (that you see on the bottom of the shot) are behind a walkway and have numbered rows. Those are probably the $30 ones you're talking about.

By the way, I prefer the second row to the first row because the first row has a protective bar right in front of your viewing angle. I'm sure it used to be lower, but after some people have fallen off of those things before they've tried to ensure their safety (at the expense of one's viewing pleasure).

That makes sense. I found it odd that the entire section was filled up except for the front.

However, many times you don't usually see the tickets being much cheaper until gameday when those trying to sell it are desperate and just want it gone at that point.

I don't know about other markets, but I know here they do have a serious scalping business. It's not like just one or two people selling things or just random people with extra tickets trying to get rid of them. It's a legitimate business. Lots of people part of it, and people have their own "territory" that you better not cross.

Funny to see that Bonds had like 600 walks in his first 1,000 games. Later on he would get that many in about 500 lol.

I remember that commercial like it was yesterday.

I also remember how often he let go of the bat. My friend and I used to play baseball in the backyard with a tennis ball and chose a team to be, and we had to mimic their stances and motions and such. Any time I picked the Diamondbacks, I always had Randy Johnson come up to bat, and my basic "house rule" was that the bat always had to fly out of my hands if I swung.

                            1. Mookie > Trout.

                            2. Any team other than Seattle doesn't have sustainable success.

                            3. Barry Bonds will have his #25 jersey retired on Saturday August 11th against the Pirates.

That should summarize ~10% of this thread.
