Here is a crazy idea that would have made more of a statement. Right now if you get caught using PEDs it is a 180 day ban, automatically. This should have been the same, but with everybody from that team. Ban everybody for 180 days from the start of the season. Don't play with Houston anymore, maybe your new team should have done a better job of interviewing you. Houston may not be able to field a team? Oh well, you better bring in scrubs so you don't go over the salary cap.
Or an even better idea.........swap the entire Houston team for the Mets.

is it me or is there still too much red in the new Jays look?

Outside of their Canada Day look, they don't really use red for anything.

I would rather they replaced the grey roads with baby blue jerseys. For the first decade of their existence those baby blues were their only road jerseys.

AJ Hinch made $1m on that season alone and parlayed that into a contract extension. He won't get to see the end of that extension thanks to getting caught, but unless teams view him as untouchable then it doesn't seem to outweigh the potential benefits.

Light as hell, in my opinion. I am happy that Crane fired Luhnow but especially that smarmy, fake indignant piece of **** AJ Hinch. Hope that guy never ever gets another job. Piece of garbage.

The more I think about this, the more angry I get.

But what do you expect? The Astros clearly had zero respect for the integrity of the sport. They shat on legitimate competition for years and years. Are we surprised at this? I'm not. Not at all. They HAD to cheat because they HAD to win. By any means necessary. They had to justify the losing on purpose. They HAD to make their brand---their way---work. They revolutionized the game alright. Astrosball alright.

And then Cora takes his crap to Boston and does it there too. I hope he gets destroyed too. He and Beltran need to go. Both got their jobs on false pretenses, especially Cora.

But ultimately, who cares? Any team would trade 4 draft picks and 5 million bucks to win a World Series. I'm sure the fans don't care. Or maybe they do. I know I'd be pissed but I know I'm cut from a different cloth. It doesn't deter organizations though. They can just hire another general manager and manager. The players they sucked on purpose to get? They're still there and will be there for the foreseeable future. Who cares who's managing them? The other guy disciplined didn't even have a job anymore anyway because of the Outrage Brigade bringing him down already.

I don't know. Lots to think. Lots of chain reaction stuff that is quite angering to think about. From Altuve MVP to dominating the division to the ALCSs to the Dodgers getting screwed to Kershaw's legacy being unnecessarily and fraudulently hampered more than it already inaccurately is and so much more. I'd pay a thousand bucks right now to see Aaron Judge deliver a German suplex to that short **** bitch Altuve, though. The thing that aggravates me the most is how everyone praised the Astros for being such a great, classy, clean organization and fellated them for the way they went about things. Much like the Spurs who have this undue reputation as being a classy, upstanding, model organization despite being whiners and bitchers and floppers and dirty as hell all those years making a mockery of the sport, **** the both of them in totality.

Ya, I knew this was coming a few months ago when Sun Trust merged with BB&T. I have accounts with Sun Trust, so they sent me paperwork with the new logo/name...I absolutely hate it and can’t think of a worst corporately names park in the league. Just leave it alone or call it BB&T, but Truist sounds like they held a naming competition in the elementary schools to determine it.

BB&T in general isnt a great name either.

Truist Park is far from the worst venue name that even exists today.
