Manfred staying around to at least 2029

I think that would tie him for third longest reign amongst MLB commissioners.

Jays 100 level seating changes for next season

About time they finally angled the seats towards home.

I still think they need a jumbotron behind home plate somewhere too, especially now with seats facing that direction.

At least the netting goes towards the foul pole. It would be horrible with the reduced foul territory space and fans right against the outfield.

I’m sure the outfielders would be thrilled trying to track balls with a Jumbotron in the background.

You gotta love the random connections in baseball.

Jays newest rookie Davis Schneider ISN'T related to Jays coach John Schneider, but that doesn't mean they're not connected.

Davis is currently using a glove he found in the lost in found at a place he coaches at in the offseason.

Turns out, that glove belonged to former Phillies 3B coach John Vukovich, whose son was roomates in college with.....Jays coach John Schneider!

Anyone following what’s going on with the Orioles announcer being suspended? He made some comments in a pre game segment about how they haven’t won a series at Tropicana Field since 2017 over two weeks ago and today he gets suspended. It’s a stupid reason to begin with but why wait two weeks to do it?

                Just read up on it.

Apparently he was put on radio in a desperation move because one of their RADIO people wasn't wearing official team apparel (a new rule by the Os) so they suspended them.

And once that got resolved they suspended that guy for making those comments.

Both are completely stupid reasons. O's are enjoying an unexpected breakout season and this is happening?

Umm, I just watched the video. I don't get the suspension. The broadcast had the graphic for crying out loud.

Oh, and when I say I don't get the suspension, I mean I don't even get it if a producer walked in and said: "Hey, maybe we shouldn't say that on air." There's literally nothing here.

If I were an Orioles fan, I would revolt.

The Orioles organization deserves to get railed over this. They are playing great baseball this year, but we're talking about this travesty instead.

John Angelos with some serious Kendall Roy energy here.

Nothing is more depressing than having a thin-skinned failson run your team. (As a Vancouver Canucks fan, I know this all too well.)

I was waiting and waiting for Brown to say something even remotely controversial and nope, it never came. He read off the graphic that was on screen.

Crazy stuff. I don’t know if I would even want to go back to work for the organization. But there’s only so many broadcasting spots in the Majors. This has picked up quite a bit of steam though and I’m sure he’ll be fine.

The Angelos are the worst. The team is having a great season but somehow they're going to find a way to ruin something.

I legit checked the Orioles schedule to see if they're playing the Phillies lol, you know if there's an announcer apology, warranted or not, Castellanos will be there

I was so confused by this. For some reason all videos I saw showed a Rays/WSox scoreboard so I was like: "why would the Rays or WSox announcer be talking about an Orioles streak and get suspended for that"?

Then I saw it was Kevin Brown and thought it was color commentary by the former pitcher
