Check swings exist, and so do cut off men. Though actually documenting them in the manual would help matters...

Not every infielder should play like a gold-glover. Let me correct that...not every infielder should play like a guy who "...isn't going win any gold gloves, but if I'm on the mound, I want [him] behind me." "And there's no greater compliment you can pay a fielder" ARGH!!!!

To reiterate another comment, if you have a 1-0 win with a perfect game being pitched, the PITCHER should be player of the game, not the yay-hoo who knocked in the winning run in the 3rd inning on a bloop single.

You should be able to move pitchers in the lineup to any spot you want. Don't lock minor leaguers into "Starting Pitcher" or "Middle Relief"

Bullpen car is a must (whatever happened to the bullpen car anyways...it was in Bases Loaded!)

Make sure there is no "detail" that gives away that a HR was hit. I don't want to know a HR is a HR until it goes over the fence. This years version the batter would stand at the plate and watch the ball, even with balls barely making it over the wall. Make the HR have some excitement anhd suspense.

Cut offs were there, but not very realistic almost never made sense to cut the ball off.

Pitching needs to be tougher against the CPU, with good pitchers it was too easy to dominate.

Yeah i know there at times was a cut off man but u had to mash the [censored] out of the b button to get it to work also check swings didn't work right either some times u can do it and some times u couldn't forget about a check swing on a fast ball there should be a button for each cut off and check swing the way ASB did it

Can you please implement a "Manage Mode" only feature for us arm-chair managers. All-Star Baseball and High Heat(PC) has it.

After spending so much time with ASB, I don't think I can go back to WSB and it's "non-TV Broadcast" look. I think WSB really needs to get some better camera angles. The days of Low, Medium and High just don't cut it anymore.

I also wish the pitching/batting interface would return to the one used in WSB2k1. That game had the best pitching/batting interface of all time, IMO.

BASEBALL TONITE baby i wanna see berman and the rest of the fellas going over the league news and highlites if not everyday, at least one show a week. I want the playoff atmosphere to be off the hook.More weather, better stadiums, shea looked like crap. i really want to feel like im controlling the NY METS in shea. I want to see games cancelled and rain delays, i want to watch my releif pitcher warm up, I want to see ESPN Sunday Night Baseball, Wendsday Night baseball etc. and make them into game of the week type shows, not everytime i play on sunday to be on the show u know.More will come later, if u guys can utilize the ESPN license well, and show me some stuff that wont be in other games. u will have a buyer.oh yeah and make sure when i win a world series, i see a great reaction from the crown with ppl jumping around on my team towels and whatnot swinging around by the ppl in the stands. cops on horses makeing sure noone runs on the feild, the actual trophy and mvp cerimony, guys wearing championship caps etc. make it authentic, if u guys put this stuff in the gamee hell ill by 2 copies lol

I also wish the pitching/batting interface would return to the one used in WSB2k1. That game had the best pitching/batting interface of all time, IMO.

-- I agree 100%. Releasing the trigger to swing was excellent.

Also WSB2k4 needs to differentiate the battting and pitching styles better like 2k1did. 2k2 and 2k3 had very vanilla pitching and batting animations.

THE ABILITY TO JUMP AND ROB HOMERUNS!!! Really, this is one part of the game that really bugged me. Also, I didn't like the homerun animations. I think that the homerun should be done just like a regular hit, and show the person running around the bases. If it is a monster shot, then I can see the person celebrating as soon as it comes off the bat, but some of my homeruns could have been caught, but somehow, the guy already knew it was gone. I think the ball should be hit, and it be shown just like any other hit, after it does cross the fence, show the player celebrating while running. Just my two cents though.
