    Frank Catalanatto goes 6-6

Frank Catalanatto went 6-6 in the Jays game last night as they beat the White Sox 10-6, he had 2 RBIs and 2 Runs. Nice job, i think it ties a major league record. Not sure

I'm not sure what the record is, but a lot of people have done as of late. Like five in the last three years or something like that.

Hopefully he has now broken out of his slump.

The Jays still suck as the 'pen which was supposed to be their strength lost the 1st game.

I THOUGHT I saw this on the ESPN ticker, but I wasn't sure. Great game for Catalanotto, great hitting. Hopefully he can keep it up and somewhat ignite that Jays lineup..

Just wanted to touch up on the question of whether this was a record or not.

The record is 7 hits in a 9 inning game held by Rennie Stennett of the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1975.
