Ugh, we've been in way too many extra inning games this season. Given our bullpen woes this is not good. Macha also announced that he's doing a bullpen by comittee. Not a good sign. Chavez is out for 6-8 weeks, so we'll really need Kotsay, Kielty, Durazo and Crosby to step up and provide protection for Jermaine. And speaking of Crosby, I'm liking what I see so far. Sure, he's still got a lot to learn (3 run error @ the red sox game and the low BA), but he's got some power in his bat. He looks like he'll be the offensive force that Tejada was in the coming years.

Argh! 3 extra inning games in a row! 33 innings in 3 days.... at this rate all our bullpens arms will start falling off by the all star break.

yaa they are already throwing a little off as it is . . . well at least we won them all, but overall our batting needs to seriously start to get early runs

ya well the past 2 games it looks like your wish was granted: a's got 4 runs in the first vs the jays on sunday and today we are spanking the reds 11-2 in the 6th with 6 runs scored in the first two innings. its about time the fire in the cincinatti reds was extinguished with the whole "griffey" drama. it was starting to piss me off
