Makes sense…Braves scuffling and sweep the team with the best record in the game. That's about how 2014 has gone…makes no sense.

I'm quite surprised and pleased the marlins have stuck around after the Jose Fernandez injury. 62-62 right now after going 62-100 last year

Rizzo homers to put the Cubs up 2-1, and Kyle Hendricks has been good again.

I'm starting to get scared of the Cubs. Arrieta has been a beast and Hendricks has performed very well since coming up. Javy is hitting bombs, Rizzo is having a phenomenal year and Castro is back to his old self. With Soler and Bryant absolutely mashing at AAA, and Russell quietely on a tear, this team will have something to prove in 2015.

I'm a Sox fan first, but I'd be lying if I said I was not intrigued by all these guys the Cubs have on the horizon.

Bottom line is as a baseball fan and Chicagoan, the Cubs being relevant is good for baseball and this city. 2005 was fun and was something I never thought I would witness, but if the Cubs ever win the WS in my lifetime, I'm going just for the party.

And we scored six runs in the first inning tonight.

                This team is stupid.

Starling Marte might have Ervin figured out.

Seriously, that's like 3 walk off wins for the Nats this week…you can start losing at any time.

You would think Tony LaRussa would know better.

                          …because he's 'gritty'.

He's horrible as a manager. Wouldn't be surprised if he was horrible as a person either.

Judging by the way the team conducts itself at times, him being a horrible person is probably a good bet.

He looks like the type. Idk understand the Dbacks bringing him back. They should cut ties and move on. Bring someone else in that can turn it around.
