Tough loss for the Phillies today. Rare bad outing for Papelbon this year.

I'm the last guy to defend Papelbon and the idiotic gesture he did. And I get his getting upset at the ump and charging back out to defend himself. Maybe there was a "cap bump" and maybe there wasn't, so what then gives the ump the right to put HIS hands on a players jersey and tug him away? He wasn't being accosted.

Just announced that Papelbon was slapped with a 7 game suspension and a fine. He isn't appealing and he will begin serving it tonight.

Time to see what Ken Giles can do in the 9th.

OMG…BJ Upton makes me want to throw things (I did throw the remote). No way he was busting it out of the box on that last play….I thought there wouldn't even be a play at first for a guy that runs like him and he's out by 2 steps.
