I may be biased, but outside of robbing a homer that's one of the better catches i've ever seen.

Detroit offense looks good on paper but theyre not doing the most important thing, scoring runs.

Theyre 31 runs under their projected runs scored and have grounded into more double plays than any other team, actually on pace to set the record.

Stanton is one of the most entertaining players to watching in baseball. The opposite field HR mentioned here was a thing of beauty. I saw the highlight of it and it looked like a simple deep flyball but lo and behold it ended up in the seats.

The entire season rests on the shoulders of the bullpen for the Braves. That's it. It's simple. Have a good bullpen and this team contends for a wildcard spot. Every loss this year has been at the fault of the bullpen.

It's annoying to watch. Fredi has thrown in the towel which he does often which is why I still believe he needs to be fired no later than the end of this year. His teams always collapse and he can't manage a bullpen. Get some guys that can throw after the starter, get a manager that knows how to mamage a bullpen and I guarantee you this team would be a wildcard team.

Ha, look at that. Braves score and have a man on 3rd. If Fredi does his job and doesn't let a guy throw 40 pitches and give up 3 homers, we'd have a 1 run game.

The Braves will never be a successful franchise again until Fredi is removed from the organization. I honestly have no idea why he is still there. He has literally done zero to warrant him being there still. Maybe having the biggest September collapse in baseball history excites the Braves front office?

Being under projection doesn't mean it's crap.
6th in the league in runs scored is not crap. Leading the league in OBP leads to more opportunities to hit into double plays. Anyway you shake the Tigers offense it's not crap. You can maybe argue underperforming, but not crap.

Feast or famine right now. They lead the league with 2 games where theyve scored 2 runs or less but also are second in the league with games of 8 or more runs scored. Just consistently inconsistent.

Should be 21 games with two runs or less above.

They can always revisit it in a few weeks. Callaspo can only reject it until June 15th.

Edit: Doesn't look like that will be the case though. Sounds like he'll be DFA'd soon.

Just as the Braves got the 'Nats right a few weeks ago, I fully expect Kershaw's dominance to begin tonight. We're good at fixing things...
