Twins 1 GB of the division lead.

Almost forgot what it was like to care about baseball again.

Summer is always more fun when the Twins are winning!

His first dominant start of the year. Eventually balls were going to find gloves and his performance was going to start matching his (very good) peripherals.

Rosenthal is saying Chris Withrow is the other player going to the Braves in the Uribe deal. We sure do like prospects recovering from TJ.

Edit: Looks like the Braves get Uribe and Withrow, the Dodgers get Callaspo, Stults, Ian Thomas and Juan Jaime.

                  Well that sucked.

And of course, the Braves are a rehab clinic for baseball's downtrodden.

At least the seats were great. And at least I saw Adrian Gonzalez get his 1000th RBI in person. And I can't believe it but two Braves @ Dodgers games in a row that I've gone to that I didn't hear a peep from Dodgers fans. Astounding. I might end up growing ambivalent to y'all yet. They've really cleaned that dump up quite nicely.

Brewers are second worse in the NL in team ERA and the worst in team OBP and fielding percentage. Basically they cant pitch, hit, or field.

                    Changing managers really helped....

Man Prince is healthy and tearing it up. Leads all of MLB with a .371 average and the Rangers are .500. What a turnaround.

To be fair, the manager isn't the one pitching, hitting, and fielding.

In his past 3 starts against them, Clayton Kershaw has struck out 29 batters without walking anyone and has an ERA of just 1.17. He's gone at least 7 innings and struck out at least 9 in all 3 of those starts
Always good to play the Braves

The same kickass seat I had last time was available again, so there goes another hundo down the drain. I'm such a sucker.
