One thing I don't like is if your homer's have hang time you get penalized with the clock.

Did they add that time out that the first two guys are able to take? I don't remember reading that in the rules.

I gotta say, I'm kind of a fan of this. Much quicker, and you saw how Donaldson used the clock wisely. Also the bracket play can speed it up too.

One thing I don't like is if your homer's have hang time you get penalized with the clock.

Maybe the pitcher should just throw another pitch. Two balls in play at once.

I don't know Rizzo's normal swing, but he is uppercutting way too much here. Nothing but top spin for the most part.

EDIT: What is the format now? I thought it was five minutes, not four. I also thought they get added time? And wasn't the time supposed to stop in the final minute after home runs were hit?

SECOND EDIT: Oh wait, it gets added after the fact, I see.

It was 5 minutes but they changed it because of the forecast.

Totally agree...shouldn't watching majestic, towering homers be the point?? And you're actually penalized for it basically with this awful new format.
