Haha as he should be. He's a rook in the heap of a playoff race and gave them a big insurance run and is batting behind his pitcher.

Here's to hoping the Giants can make this eighth inning hurt.

Man, watching the intensity in this Giants/Dodgers series is awesome...couldn't be more different than watching the Braves/Marlins go through the motions in front of 500 people. Pennant race baseball is awesome!

Another Greinke gem...and somehow we're up 5.5 over the Giants.

Greinke's gotten basically no run support this year and he still has 15 "wins". Says quite a bit about how historically awesome his run prevention has been.

Yea I Actually think he was, it was a real tough call, and you have the right to be mad, this replay garbage is useless if they can't get it right with 10,000 angles to choose from.

Maybe its me being biased cause i wanted red sox to beat Yankees, but i thought he was safe. He did get pushed off at 3b!

Mlb replay rules are stupid at times. Some plays aren't reviewable? And it seems like the angles the replay people look at are diff from what we see on tv? Other than balls and strikes, should any other play really be non reviewable?

What I don't understand is why we don't yet have commonplace split-screen replays in this day and age, specifically for tagging up appeals and fair/foul home run appeals.

It's sad what's happened to the Braves. They hung around and played some decent baseball for most of the year and now they're getting beaten like a government mule out there.

The thing that bothers me the most is the organization doesn't care...this is what they want. It's a AAA club out there with no one putting forth any extra effort, from the manager on down.

                            So. Wow.

So here's a question, if the bases would have been loaded, would a tag be necessary?

Yes, because it's not a force out. There's not a runner forcing him home.

Is that a serious question? Why would a tag ever not be in order on a steal attempt?
